From the day you are born until the day you die you will need food to survive and you will need it every day, so better build up your knowledge about it. At least that's my opinion. :)

You can find recipes and explanations on my website, which 'll make it easier to cook something. 
All of them will be shared from a vegan point of view, for one simple reason: There was no animal suffering involved. Unless you're in a situation where there is absolutely no way you can survive without eating meat, I suggest eating vegan meals. 
That being said, I will try to outline the facts about the vegan diet in an objective way. If I encounter any disadvantages during my research about this diet I will let you know. The same goes for the advantages.
