Travels: België, Herent
Most of the time, when I'm in my hometown, I'll go to Herent to visit the Bereklauw. It's a wonderful community that is definitely worth visiting. They can always use a hand, so don't be shy to pop in and ask what you can do to help!

Staff spinning: Rotor
Plane: Front
Explanation: Rotors can be done in many ways. The one I'm doing here gets maximum spins out of both of your wrists. Keep your arms crossed so that your thumbs point to each other. Then pass your staff from thumb to thumb.
Staff spinning: Reverse figure 8
Planes: Left & right
Explanation: When starting this movement imagine you're a samurai pulling a sword, trying to fence off an enemy sword.
Staff spinning: Figure 8
Planes: Left & right
Explanation: The easiest way to learn the figure 8 is to focus on one end of your staff and make a full circle with it on each side of your body.
